Hal Jordan is by far the best Green Lantern, he has that psycological problems about being a Lantern and whether they have "freedom" and using powers for personal uses, but I feel like he has to be oldest one of the league. Diana as Wonder Woman should be a young, almost naive woman who just left the island, and they shouldn't emphasize the Greek Mythology in the JLA, but in her own movie, sure. Aquaman should resemble the Aquaman from the JLU animated series, more based on the 90's Arthur. The other Aquaman of different eras, seem and have been constantly teased as being "gay." Flash should be Wally West, being the youngest he can add humor and cheesy jokes to the film.

John Stewart should be GL and probably will be just so they can add some ethnicity to the movie

In a movie with a team, you have to keep every character relevant, or else they will all fall to wayside (as in Xmen 3). the dynamics between black canary green arrow green lantern (jordan) and flash would ensure that all characters had a presence. with manhunter as an isolated and stoic member, interesting because of his lack of connections with the others. and wonder woman as a powerful symbol and the leader. as much as i would love to see batman and superman together, i feel that they would either overshadow a team movie, or cheapen their own franchises.

I'd love to see Kyle Rainer GL and Wally West Flash in the Justice League movie (Not for ethnic reasons, but I can't stand John Stewart as GL can't tell a good reason a part from pure tastes).

Of course Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman should be in. Not sure about Aquaman and Martian Manhunter.
Between the two I prefer the First, btw.

One note: nobody is mentioning Green Arrow, that beside being quite inexpensive to realize in a movie (Special effects wise) his temperament and personality can add a lot to build upon for the writers.

I do not even mention 'lesser' members as Blue Beetle, BloodWind and such, never liked them so much.

Well you know they will have batman, superman, and wonder woman (Diana) that’s a given. Hal Jordan is the better known and better story but John Stewart will be in the movie. I think the rapper Common will be playing him. The flash should be Wally West. He should be young, and a smart ass, wise cracker. He would be the comic relief. The Martian Man Hunter (Jon) has to be in the movie. He would have to have just come to earth and be adjusting to the ways of our planet. Maybe he could be kind of like the silver surfer and be here trying to warn us of what is evil is coming. This evil will be reason for the league coming to be. I think there could be some entertainments in watching Wally try to teacher Jon about earth. There has to be another woman on the league but I'm not sure who is should be. Maybe they could do what the cartoon did and make hawk women instead on hawk man. Maybe the black canary but I'm not sure about that since the green arrow has to be in it. if she is she should be young like Wally and not sure of her place in the league.

Ok, this brings us to the Green Arrow, Oliver queen. He is my favorite so Ii have to go a little more in depth with him. He should be in the movie because he can play off a lot of the characters. You have the whole being modeled after batman thing that adds an interesting dynamic with those two characters. If they try and model John Stewart after Hal Jordan using John’s name but Hal's personality you could maybe see the start of where the green arrow and green lantern comics come from. Plus you would have the lantern being the conservative member of the league where the arrow is the liberal. I think that Oliver should join the league after he has lost all his money and before this "Super Max" movie they are getting ready to do. Giving him more of the street feels rather then have both him and Bruce as Billionaire playboys. I think one is enough. If they put the Black Canary in the movie there could be a little bit of a love story between them.

That is kind of what the comics where. They had comedy, dram, love stories, and action all rapped into one. that what this movie should be. I think it would be really cool if at some time early in the movie or at the end they all give away their secret identities to each other. As sigh of trust and solidifying that the league will stay together. Maybe batman should refuse and keep that loner feel he always has.
